Skin the carrot and cut in 4pieces. Skin the garlic. Skin the onion cut in half and place it into grill until brown. Pour 3l of cold water into a deeper cooking pan and add all chicken with vegetables and bay leaves.

Turn on the stove plate and start cooking. Cook it in a boiling water until the meat is cooked about 30min. All other ingredients will also be cooked.

After that, take off the pot of the stove plate, strain the cooked soup with the strainer into another pot. Cut carrot, onion and garlic into small pieces. Take off skin or any bones of meat and cut in small pieces. Chop parsley finely.

Pour strained soup liquid back into the first pot, take chicken meat pieces, carrot, onion and garlic also back into the first pot, add salt , pepper and vegeta and put the pot back on the stove. Let the soup keep boiling once more for about 5min.

Turn off the stove, and while the soup is still boiling, add noodles and cook for around 5min(depending on the noodles). Wait some time until the soup is cool down a little and serve it still warm.
