413g all-purpose flour
37g stoneground whole wheat
388g lukewarm water @32℃
9g sea salt
77g liquid levain

The actual formula is simply a mix of flour, water, salt and levain, maybe the recipe for this bread isn't the most important part, but rather, the lessons and insights I learned along the way as I continually hone my baking proficiency.
