Deconstructed Pink Berry Cheesecake with grilled Peach and Blueberries

- Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 cup
- Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup
- Blueberries
- 20-25
- Cherries
- 5-7
- Raspberries
- 10-15
- Vanilla Sandwich Cookies
- 1/4 cup
- Peach
- 1

- Whisk heavy whipping cream to medium peaks.
Add the cream cheese to the whipped cream.
Mix until smooth.

- Place half the blueberries, all of the cherries and raspberries into a food processor.
Pulse until smooth

- Add some of the berry compote to the cream cheese mixture.
If not not pink enough feel free to add some red dye.

- Smash the cookie into a crumble

- Cut the peach in and remove the pit.
Pat dry and grill.
ポイント
Drizzle the berry compote on the plate.
Use a cookie cutter to shape the ♡
Pipe in the cream cheese mixture into the cutter.
Place the grilled peach grilled size up.
Add the crumble and randomly place the blueberries.
