和風ツナマヨのおにぎらず

I have been making sandwiches with this filling for a long time,I thought it will work as good with ogirazu,rice sandwich.
Tuna salad:mayonnaise,tuna,white spring onion,soy sauce,sesame oil,and this time pickle cucumber and ginger,(きゅうりのQちゃん漬け)from Makiko.
和風ツナマヨ:マヨネーズ、ツナ、白ねぎ、醤油、ごま油、きゅうりのQちゃん.
Also in the sandwich:shiso,wasabi,しそ,わさび.
Makiko,I chopped both きゅうり and ginger in,make it very tasty,there goes my last,I have to make again,there are so many things I could make with it!Thanks again!

和風ツナマヨ、とっても美味しそう!ご飯にもパンにも合いそうだなぁ。試してみたい。

I fell in love with this style of rice sandwich,like onigiri,but easier to make and eat,the filling could be Japanese or western,so many possibility.I know it's very popular in Japan now,I saw many books about it...In HK,may be not well known,people still not used to cold rice ,unless there is a salmon,uni or toro on top of it....
I have been eating this tuna mayo for a long time,very good with in a sandwich,now with the cucumber and ginger,even better!Thank you for introducing this to me,this recipe is staying forever!

I was always interested in these rattan boxes,I see people serve Japanese style bento with them,usually onigiri and the likes,I think they are super cool,very original,full of old time Japanese charm.The ones I see from Japan are way too expensive,luckily I found them through online store from China,still not cheap,but the quality is there,handmade and it looks like they will last long time,very similar style to the Japanese too.I got two sizes,you know how I like to collect food related utensils...Back to ogirazu,I always use this filling for my baguette sandwich,I would have shiso and shredded nori along with it too,so easy using canned food,very unique Japanese flavors too,but theきゅうりのQちゃん漬け really gave it an uplift this time,it's here to stay!
Please try too.My colleagues are not interested at eating cold rice,unless it has uni ,toro or salmon(😰) on top of it,Japanese food has completely different meanings between me and them,that's why I could only talk to you,hopefully I could talk about food with Ito San too,if someone let me...
