作り方

Wash eggplants and cut into 2, boil for 3 mins until little bit soft and after that you can grill them until golden brown. Put aside

In food processor add chilies, tomato, candle nuts, garlics & shallots, blend until fine

Put oil in frying pan and wait until it’s hot and ready to put No 2 (blended spices). Sauté for couple mins until fragrant and add salt, brown sugar, and chicken stocks. Stirring for couple minutes and taste. If you need seasonings you can add more.

Cook until it’s done. In other big plate add grilled eggplants and put the sauce into the eggplants and with fork, push the eggplants so the sauce will seasoning them and serve with lemon or lime juice.

If you don’t like spicy, you can take off some chili
