Grill paprikas using frying pan on middle fire and aubergines on stove. Paprikas needs get burn the skin for smoky aroma, it takes for a while. Aubergine directly on stove's fire.

Remove the skin from both and blend them.

In a pot, put 500ml oil and boil the onion. After boiling, blend onions too.

Boil all the veges in the same pot that onion boiled.

Boil around 2-3hours or until all veges are boiled and it will become a thick mixture.
