sweet chilli chicken

1 pkt chicken wings
seasoned flour
1 red & 1 green bell pepper(diced)
cpl of spring onions (sliced)
1/2 cup of sweet chilli sauce
1/2 cup of coca-cola
cut tips off wings and split at joints, coat in seasoned flour and deep fry (180ºC) in batches until golden brown and set aside.

add a little oil to pan or wok and stir fry peppers until almost soft but still have some bite, add chicken wings, sweet chilli sauce and coke and reduce liquid by half,sprinkle with sliced spring onions, enjoy :)
ポイント

you can add a pinch of chilli flakes if you desire dish to be hotter its entirely up to individual taste :)
