Spaghettini with homemade pancetta and the spring flavors of canola flower and grilled bamboo shoot.

The shoots were marinated with herbs and such for some time before going to the grill. Canola flowers(in the same family as cabbage and broccoli) are always my favorite spring vegetable and its pleasant and light bitterness gives extra depth to dishes.
