Chop garlic finely by garlic pressure. Cut meat around 1cm thick, salt it and leave it aside for 5min.

Coat it with flour and then cook on high heat in frying pan with oil on both side for few minutes until it gets nice brownish colour.

Take the meat out. In the same frying pan put rest of the flour, garlic, pepper, Vegeta, pour water and then place meat inside and cook it for several minutes until sauce get thicker. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
