Caeser's salad garnish with croutons

レシピ

材料・調味料 (1 人分)

Olive oil: 35ml

Worcestershire sauce: 1ml

Mustard ground: 0.4g

Red wine vinegar: 9ml

Garlic (clove crushed): 1/4

Egg yolk: 1/4 or 1pcs

Lemon (juice): 1/4

Parmesan Cheese (grated): 4g

Anchovy Fillets: 9g

Black pepper ( to taste): 1pinch

Croutons: 20pcs

Lettuce: 3 leaves

作り方

1: Mix all the ingredients to make a carsar's dressing.. Whip it

2: Now add the lettuce leaves together with the half part of the croutons.. While the other half of it will be use for garnish..

3: After all the ingredients are toss together put it on a salad plate.. Then add the half of the croutons for garnish.. And there u go caesar's salad garnish with croutons :)

ポイント

Im mixing all ingredients or tossing it.. Dont be to harsh on it.. And in mking the caesar's dressing for your salad you can always adjust to its quantity.. Remember dont over power any ingredients listed.. It should b equal to all.. :)
