Lamb Chop

レシピ
材料・調味料 (3 人分)
Lamb French Cut
6 pieces. 3/4 inch
Garlic
3 cloves
Rosemary
Fresh leaves 2 teaspoons
Thyme
Fresh leaves 2 teaspoons
Sea Salt
To your liking
Pepper
To your liking
Olive Oil
2 teaspoons
作り方

Blend garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, oil as well as possible, best into a paste

Clean lamb chop and pat dry with kitchen towel

Apply "paste" evenly onto lamb chop and put in fridge for at least an hour

Take the marinated lamb chop out of the fridge and leave to room temperature (15-20 min)

Heat grill pan till hot. Put in the lamb chop gently and grill for 2 min before flipping. Grill the other side for 3 min for well done.

Serve with sides you like
