Really enjoyed my two dishes (sweet and sour pork,strawberries with balsamic)last week,so I am bringing them together.Apart from the balsamic,this is not my invention at all,in fact this was a nouvelle Cantonese dish around 20 years ago,and there are some restaurants still doing this,very similar t
to sweet and sour pork,but the sauce is made with strawberry preserve and balsamic.
At the side is stir fry らっきょうand snow pea.

I've never seen that kind of dish with strawberry.so I thought "what new!!" I grasp that serving from before ,afterward.great for nouvelle style! And you too!

Great idea! Balsamic vinegar and strawberries is a classic light dessert in Europe. But as a savory dish, great fusion!
Have you reduced balsamic vin. To a glaze? Just add a pinch of Sugar and reduce about 70%.
To: Bluefish thank you!That's right,I did that dessert last week and I thought of this.Actually the sauce is made with balsamic,dark soy sauce(little),salt(little),strawberry jam,black pepper,and adding some water together,you'll need enough liquid to coat,you could add sugar depends on the sweetnes
To: Bluefish sweetness of the jam and balsamic,you have to taste it to adjust,you could use honey too.but remember this sauce is sweet and sour,and less savoury(ribs are savoury),the sauce is heated up in the pan,thicken with cornstarch,then you add fresh strawberries and the fried ribs,then reduce
