Pork chops ( thick chops) pan fry on high heat with oil, 2 mins each side, bake in oven 400° 35-45 mins use thermometer if needed

Lobster, boil water add salt and one cut lemon. boil for 5-7 mins

Shrimp, I cook the shrimp in the same water as the lobster after lobster is done, keep lobster warm in oven on lowest setting, cook shrimp in water add some more salt, oldbay, allspice
