Milk
10 tabls spoon
Onion

Broccoli

Mushroom
Ground Pepper
Salt
Parsley
Cheese(or not)
Chicken(chest part)

Put chopped vegetables in pan and cook them

Blending tofu and milk. Oh and 1tea spoon of honey

Put salt and ground pepper and if you want more tasty put cheese too at this time.

No gluten because I used chopped mushroom(long shape like pasta) instead of using pasta. So it is low calories with good taste. It is healthy.
