South American Meatballs with homemade pasta sauce on noodles.

材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Ground beef
1/2lb
Ground pork
1/2 lb
Paprika
1 tbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Sweetened Coconut flakes
1/2 cup
Pablo bread crumbs
3 tbs
Milk
3 tbs
Sweet onion
1/2 cup
Fresh parsley
1/4 cup
Cayenne pepper
1 tsp
Worseshire
1 tbs
Chili powder
1 tsp
Onion powder
1tbs
Fresh garlic
1 tbs
Pasta noodles
2 tomatoes
1/2 onion
1 tbs fresh basil
2 tbs fresh parsley
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup water
1 egg
1/4 cup red bell pepper
1 clove garlic
作り方

Sauté onion and garlic. Let cool. Add all ingredients together and mix till mixed. Form into meatballs, about any size you like. Bake in preheated oven on 350 for 20 min on a greased cookie sheet. Flip after 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, put 2 tomatoes, basil onion, garlic, salt, pepper, red bellpepper, parsley, water and lemon juice in blender and blend till combined. Put in cooking pan and simmer for about 10 min. Boil noodles as is on box. Serve and enjoy.

Sauté onions, garlic, bell peppers before adding to meat mixture or pasta sauce to bring out the nature sweetness of the vegetables.
