Poach golden thread bream with grapefruit and saffron broth

Golden thread bream is a popular local fish,called 紅衫魚，usually pair with tomato sauce,every family make this.I tried this with another tangy sauce,nice and bright for the summer!

Looks delicious! I think I have to have more fishes but it make difficult...
