Bad mood, Brexit? Take selfmade Swiss Chocolate cream against it ;-)

full Milk
5dl / 1/2 liter
cream
1dl
corn sterk pouder
4 spoons
eggs (60g)

Caotina Chocolate pouder
5 Spoon
Cacao Pouder
3 spoon
dark chocolate
80g
sugar

Cook the Milk and cream in a big sauce pan, then add the broken chocolate and caotina and cacao pouder.

Take a fire resistant bowl and mix the corn sterk pouder, sugar, whisk eggs well.

Drain little by little the hot chocolate milk to
the whisked eggs. The stern should be well fluid. (It should be around a cup.) Then add it back to then re-you have a cup full of itadd to the milk.

let it cook all again until it comes up again while whisking all the time very good and stand by. 2-3 minutes, it should thicken in, be creamy and thick. 😊
