onions

red chilli powder
1/2 tbs
mint leaves dried
1 tbs
cumin seeds
1/4 tbs
coriander powder
1/4 tbs
mustard oil
2 tbs
turmeric powder
1/4 tbs

add mustard oil in pan

add cumin seeds in heating oil till golden brown

add chopped onions till golden brown

add all spices and mix well

add bhindi in it on low flame and stir well after each 5 min

after 15 min bhindi is ready add dried mint leaves and serve with roti and curd and enjoy the dish😊
