When it comes to pastry making,I always have to depend on someone's recipe,and this one comes from Sadaharu Aoki 青木定治さん,a Japanese got famous in France making French pastries,how incredible is that!This book has many interesting cakes,and this is my first attempt,can't wait doing next one!

At the back,Marco Polo tea by Mariage Frères,recommended by Yukari San.I have drank lots of tea,and this one got me really excited,and that was just the heady aroma from opening the tin!Thank you Yukari San,I am in love with this floral and fruity tea!

I didn't know about this tea before Yukari San recommended me,and I am so glad she did!One bite of cake and one dip of tea does wonderful things in my mouth!It's certainly number one flavour to me,I hope you like it too!Thank you for resnap!

I'm still skeptical about Mont Blanc,but I miss chestnut cake,so I made this,which is just one component,and much easier,it turned out ok,thanks Aoki San!I first heard of him through a food blogger in Paris,he was raving his cakes,I am so glad I found his book!

Thanks so much Romie San!'Im never good at baking,but thanks to the recipe,this turned out good!I was craving for chestnut cake,but Mont Blanc is slightly complicated to me,so I made this instead which only has one component.I am so happy everyone like this,it's very encouraging,I think I'll move on

I mean I am going to try baking something on my dayoff every week ,just myself at home,not lessons.I know you are experienced in this and you could give me some advice if you see anything wrong.I am sure your homemade cakes are good if they could be served in cafés!
