Cut tomato, add a little bit of salt on top of them and let them stay around 30min; after 30min drain the water / juice.

When the carrot and onion are almost boiled, add chopped paprika, tomatoes and let them boil 30min. After 30min add sugar and salt. Put the hot autumn salad inside the jars.
