This chorizo is cured,like salami
Manchego is a Spanish cheese
Membrillo is a sweet quince paste,made from quince,I never had the real fruit,but it looks a bit like a pear.
All of these make perfect harmony.
I thought that your photo is perfect when I first see it. But it's improving. You have so much potential!
