Karedok (peanuts sauce salad)

boiled potato

salt

brown sugar
50 gram
chili (you can skip)

garlic

tamarind

作り方

In food processor grained garlic, chili, boiled potato, peanuts, salt, sugar and tamarind paste until fine and put water. Taste it and if you need more salt or sugar you can add again.

Sliced cabbage, cucumbers and eggplants. Mixed together with bean sprouts. In the big bowl mixed with the sauce (no. 1)
