sorry about the long name of the dish,but just want everybody to know all the components,this is basic matching of mediterreanian flavors.Obce for a while I like to make a composed dish like this,but so many washing up...

To: Tayuko first of all,I'd like to thank you for the encouragement.The thing is,if I invest in a restaurant,I really have to work in it to keep track of everything,but work is tough and hour is long,I know because I did worked in a professional kitchen for a short time.
To: Tayuko. However it could be rewarding if people are happy with what you make.And yes,Tokyo is a great place to open a restaurant !
