All minced meat dishes this week.
Very good idea of serving bamboo shoot from シロー San! I love both bamboo shoot and chicken meatballs,but never thought they could be put together like this,absolutely delicious!

Also an amazing version from Koji,served with 木の芽 and shimeji sauce,I would love to try,but 木の芽 is not easy to get here,and very expensive too,anyway thanks for the cool idea,Koji!

There are always many of your dishes I want to make,this one attracts me especially,never tried tsukune on bamboo shoot,it's great idea and I enjoyed it very much.
Of course have to thank Shiro san for recommending too!
It's a classic combination of bamboo shoot and 木の芽,I had it before in Japan,but hard to reproduce in HK,木の芽 is so expensive here,such a pity!
