DIRECTIONS Flatten chicken slightly. Dust with flour. Salt and pepper chicken. Fry in hot oil 5 minutes each side. Remove chicken from pan. To pan add broth, garlic, lemon juice and butter. Cook 2 minutes. Pour over chicken.
