I could have never guessed you cooked with 南乳,if you like it,forget the one you get there,I'll get you more of this later.You could make 南乳燘齋,braised vegetables,a new year dish.Or there is a Vietnamese dish I like very much too,南乳吊燒雞,roast chicken served with a dipping made with 南乳.About 梅菜,you coul
could braised pork belly with it,like 豚角煮,but it'll be too similar with this.Or else,you could make 梅菜蒸肉餅,added to a minced pork patty and steam,very good with rice.So let me know if you need recipe!
