Restovan krompir: Peel potatoes, cut in fourth and boil until tender. Mush them roughly, leaving small chunks.

Chop onion finely and sauté in the frying pan with oil until translucent.

Remove from the heat, add paprika powder, salt and pepper, mix well and mix with the potatoes.
Serve with meat or fish.

Ražnjići od svinjskog mesa: Marinade meat, chop garlic finely(or squeeze it with pressure), and Italian parsley, mix them with olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs and paprika powder.

Cut the meat into 2cm, thinly slice onion, cut pepper in wider cubes (bite sized square).

Place meat into marinade, mix it well and leave it in the fridge for at least one hour. Mix them occasionally.

Sprinkle wooden stick with water and dry it.

Take meat out of the fridge, mix vegetables in the marinade too, arrange on the wooden stick in the order you like (ex. Onion-meat-paprika-mushroom-tomato).

Put just a little bit of olive oil in a grill pan and pan roast for about 10min both sides until golden brown. Serve warm.
