青瓜伴牛腱/胡瓜と牛すじのサラダ

Beef is braised with soy sauce and wine first,cooled and mixed with diced cucumber,then add in a sweet and chili sauce,which made with Ms Yukari's sweet chili jam,sesame oil,vinegar,and sesame too.
At the back,making use of leftover from the tart I made,scramble egg white with prawn and scallop.
