ゴーヤー、大豆、スペアリブ。Not exactly good looking,just a traditioal dish from Chiuchow of Canton,could be served cold in summer.
広東料理でもゴーヤって使うのですね!和に通じる雰囲気で、とても美味しそぅ♬
To: marikoszk yes,we use ゴーヤーa lot in Canton cuisine,this one looks like something comes from Okinawa too.As I said,not good looking,but a humble tasty dish!
