Take out meat. And there should be plenty of liquids in the pan from the meat, mushrooms and sauce. Add a little water, sake, soy sauce to the mushrooms and liquid. Reduce until there's just a bit of sauce left. Pour over meat wraps.

Taste is strong so have something to reset the palette in between wraps.
