Antipasto salad with Asian soy sauce dressing

Romaine lettuce
1 head
Hard boiled egg

Carrots

Hard salami
2 slices
Coto salami
2 slices
Light tasting olive oil
3 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Seasoned rice vinigar
1 tablespoon
作り方

Cut the lettuce up into bite sized pieces

Cut the carrots and grate the egg with a grater. Then cut the salami slices into long strips.

Mix the oil, soy sauce and seasoned rice vinegar together to make the dressing.
ポイント

Add green onions and deep fried wonton paper to make it more of an Asian salad
