アイスクリームの上のソースは蜂蜜とバルサミコ酢を煮詰めてトロみをつけたモノを冷ましてから掛けてます。

I love the combination of balsamic the cream,there is something magical about it,and the caramel always good in any dessert!Yoghurt icecream also amazing,healthier too!I could imagine they are even better with balsamic and honey sauce,very nice idea!
