Found new use for my sou vide machine! Never thought of making yoghurt,I thought it was complicated,but actually not,milk heat up to 82°C,then cooled down to 43°C,mixed with a small portion of yoghurt,put it in jars and place them in a 43°C water bath for a few hours.This way, I will have continued supply of yoghurt everyday! This one I served it with banana,strawberry preserve,honey,mixed dried fruit and hazelnut.
