Spicy KIMCHI my way~

Napa Cabbage cut into bite size and soak with salt for 2 hours. Then, rinse 3 times water and drain.

Radish cut into strips.

Marinate Sauce:
Rice Vinegar
Chili Bol/Paste (some may already contain salt)
Tabasco
Paprika
Chili Powder/Flakes
Brown Sugar
Soya Sauce
Minced ginger
Minced Fragrant Leaves (xiang chun)
*Salt to taste by preference

Refrigerate upon mixing sauce to napa cabbage and radish!

Great to go with any meals as appetizer or sides!
