作り方

Bottom dough preparation: Cut butter in smaller slice and mix it with flour and salt. Add egg and slowly add water little by little until you get compact dough. You don’t need to put all water. If needed add some extra flour.

Pastry sheet preparation: Make hole in the flour and add all ingredients. Knead with hands until you get smooth dough. Cut in 5 pieces, grease them with oil and leave to rest at least 2hours.

Cheese layer preparation: Mix cheese with all ingredients, add raisins at the end.
Walnuts layer preparation: Crush walnuts to make powder, mix with sugar, rum and vanilla essence.

Poppy seed layer preparation: Grind poppy seed to make powder, mix with sugar, lemon zest and milk to make it creamy.
Apple preparation: Peel the ski, grate apples with grated or cut very finely, add cinnamon, lemon juice and vanilla essence and mix.

Fresh cream sauce: Separate egg yolks and whites, and make merengue from egg whites with a hand mixer. Mix separately yolks with cream. When merengue is stiff mix it with yolk mixture.
Butter preparation: Melt butter in the microwave.

Final preparation: Preheat oven to 200C.
Prepare the baking dish (the dish should be deeper) and put baking sheet. Spread bottom dough with rolling pin and put in the dish bottom and the side as well. Make holes with a fork.

After 2hours and the pastry is ready, using rolling pin, roll every balls into the square size of a dish.

Making layers: Put one pastry sheet onto the bottom dough. Pour cheese mixture evenly, then sprinkle with melted butter and then with fresh cream sauce.

Spread second sheet, put walnuts spread evenly, sprinkle with melted butter and fresh cream sauce.
Spread third sheet, put poppy seed spread evenly, sprinkle with melted butter and fresh cream sauce.

Spread fourth sheet, sprinkle with bread crumbs, lay apple spread evenly, sprinkle with melted butter and fresh cream sauce.
Spread the last fifth sheet, sprinkle with remaining melted butter and fresh cream sauce.

Make holes with a fork all the way to the bottom of cake. Bake on 200C for 40-45min.
When it’s cooled down cut it, sprinkle powder sugar and serve.
