Found these tiny pumpkins at the market,I thought it would be fun serving them individually.

That's right,I have seen many stuffed pumpkin recently too.This is a vegetarian one,just mushroom and béchamel and sage.Please try and these tiny size too,it's great to served individually and eat along on the plate with rice!I'd love to see your version!

I couldn't find Japanese miniature ones,these are local,not as good,but ,and with the right stuffing,they still tastes ok,and besides,they look cute.Haha,me too,I love tiny vegetables,they are always the main attraction in the table.And you probably know that I like stuffing food into other food too

have a few more coming!Sage is great too,it seems right for the cooler seasons.
