thin sliced carrots

zenmai* (optional)

kochijan

ground beef

Prepare each namul separately; boiled spinach with soy sauce and sesame oil, carrots with salt, kochijan and sesame seeds, steamed bean sprouts with soy sauce and sesame oil & zenmai with salt, sesame oil and sesame seeds.

Cook ground beef with sugar, saké and kochijan. Heat hot plate on medium-high with 1 Tbs of sesame oil and place 4 types of namul on rice. Then add kimchi, ground beef and raw egg. May add extra kochijan, cheese and extra sesame seeds for garnish.

Once rice begins to brown, mix up all ingredients to blend flavours. Enjoy with side of seaweed or egg soup or even mix it together in each serving.
ポイント

*just use packaged zenmai that can be found in grocery stores.
**suggest to use bean sprouts with large beans
Add raw egg after mixing if you prefer to eat it raw. Type of kimchi will also affect overall taste.
