Dough preparation: Zest half of lemon and squeeze its ' juice. Mix both types of flour, sugar and baking powder. Make a hole in the middle and add lemon juice and zest, eggs and sliced margarine (softened) and knead with hands until even. Put the dough in cling film and leave it in the fridge for one hour.

Apple filling preparation: Peel the skin of apples, cut them (not so thin) and stir in the pot or frying pan with 1tbs of sugar. (If the apple is sweet, without sugar.) Add cinnamon powder. Cook until they are softened.

Baking: Put a baking sheet into the baking tray. Take the dough out of the fridge, divide into two and using rolling pin roll it thin enough to cover baking tray size. Put one dough on the bottom, spread apricot jam evenly, make holes with a fork and sprinkle some crushed walnuts. Add Apple filling evenly and place the second dough on the top, spread it evenly over apples and make holes with a fork again. Not necessary, but as a decoration, you can put slices of roasted almond on the top. Preheat the oven to 200C and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
When finished sprinkle with powder sugar, wait to cool down thoroughly and then serve.
