turkey-carrot chops with salad from watermelon, feta cheese, rocket and sunflower seeds.
this is really light version, only fat here is from Turkey and teaspoon of olive oil, and from sunflower seeds, so most of oils are plant ones 👍watermelon is mostly water 👍 I am not hungry anymore 👍
