First, if you have fresh cauliflower, boil water then put cauliflower and let it around 10min. After 10min, drain water.

Chop the onions, carrot and cut in small pieces the chicken.

In a pan, put 50ml oil and quickly fry the onions, carrot and chicken, also add bay leaf.

After frying, add water and let it to boil at low fire. When everything is almost cooked add tomato juice, boiled cauliflower, salt and pepper then let it boil at high fire until it becomes a thick sauce.
