Potatoes

Onion

Cannola oil
2-3tbs
White vinegar
1tbs
Pinch of salt
作り方

Boil the potatoes with skin.
After boiling the potatoes, let them cool down and peel the skin.

Cut the potatoes in small pieces and chop or julienne onion.

Mix them with salt, oil and vinegar. Leave it for few minutes and adjust taste before serve.
