Zucchini

Small onion
1pc
Feta cheese
100g
Cottage cheese
50g
Olives
50g
Pizza cheese
50g
Warm water
125ml
Dry yeast
1/2tsp
Bread flour
250g
Olive oil
50ml
Salt
1tsp
A Pinch of black pepper
作り方

In bowl put water, dry yeast, salt, black pepper, oil, flour and mix well until it becomes dough.

Flatten the dough in a baking tray.

Cut in small pieces Zucchini, olives and julienne the onion.

On the top of the dough, put cottage cheese all over then add the other ingredients.

Bake it at 180 degrees for 60min.
