Italian style...i just add dried oregano & garlic powder to my simple seasoning (salt n pepper & olive oil)

This is a very easy dish, use veggies you like!
I used what’s in our fridge...asparagus,zucchini,paprika,mini carrots and brown mushrooms
I also used lits of clove of garlic...they are so sweet when roasted 😋

Serve with parmigiano reggiano cheese �
