Tortilla de estilo japonés 菊芋とあおさの和風トルティーヤ定食

三重のご夫婦から頂いたあおさをと菊芋で、和風なトルティーヤにしましたよー。
息子の感想
'おにぎりせんべいの味がする'って。
つまりその、、、
凄い美味しかったって事です♡

シローちゃんから頂いたしょっつるで舞茸の炊き込み御飯。
滋賀のご夫婦から頂いた赤蒟蒻はお吸物に。

あおさがまだまだ活躍してる〜(ﾟ∀ﾟ)
少し前にリックが、最後のあおさが無くなったので淋しいと言ってた（笑）
和風トルティーヤ！トルティーヤにするところがロミちゃんぽいセンスだね〜❤︎

thought of some potato dish with the あおさ,but tortilla never came up.i admire your imagination!We could also find菊芋 here,it's the Chinese name they give for Jerusalem artichoke,they are imported from Europe,and hands down,my favorite root vegetable,I wonder how's the one from Japan like,I never tried

and I haven't seen much in Japan too.
And Romi,I always thought you are so good at making new dishes,but who knows your traditional ones are just as good,I also love the other two,I could never resist little fishes and your maitake rice makes me hungry now,what a meal,the only thing not right is me
