Tajine de keftas aux oeufs🍳ﾓﾛｯｺ風ﾐｰﾄﾎﾞｰﾙ

- Chopped onion&minced meat, egg, salt, coarse ground black pepper, cumin.
To make meatballs&mixed with together if there is coriander🌿
挽肉とみじん切りの玉ねぎ､卵､塩､粗挽き黒胡椒､ｸﾐﾝ(あればｺﾘｱﾝﾀﾞｰ)を混ぜ合わせ肉団子を作る。

- Put the olive oil in the tagine pot, paprika&sliced onion.
Stir, add the whole peeled tomatoes , add a bit of salt&black pepper
(also added spinach to your liking)
ﾀｼﾞﾝ鍋にｵﾘｰﾌﾞｵｲﾙを入れ､薄切り玉ねぎとﾊﾟﾌﾟﾘｶを炒め､ﾄﾏﾄﾎｰﾙ缶を加え､塩､黒胡椒を振る(お好みでほうれん草)

ｿｰｽが煮立ったら肉団子を加え､蓋をしてしばらく煮る。
※先に揚げるか焼いておくと煮崩れにくい。

③の肉団子に火が通ったら､卵とﾁｰｽﾞを割り入れて再度蓋をする。

- Finish the hardness of your choice egg🍳
卵をお好みの固さに仕上げる。
