Soya balls & tomato penne pasta

Penne pasta
200gr
Soya balls

Tomatoes (cherry)

Vegetable broth
1/4 cup
Ex. V olive oil

Start cooking your pasta

Cut soya balls and tomatoes in half and heat in a pan with some olive oil. Add vegetable broth to help cook and add flavour.

After about 10 mins your pasta should be cooked. There should be very little veg broth left in the pan by now as well.
Mix together and serve..
For added flavor add some natural yeast on top for vegans, or some parmigiano cheese for vegetarians.
