Greek Frappe

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
high quality instant coffee
1.5 tbsp
simple sugar syrup:
brown cane sugar
1 tbsp
water
1 tbsp
boiling water
a few tbsp
ice cubes
a handful
full cream evaporated milk
a few tbsp

lets make a simple syrup: in a small sauce pot over medium heat, add in sugar and 1 tbsp of water. stir to dissolve the sugar. once the sugar has dissolve and the syrup coat the back of your spoon, remove from heat and set aside

you can do this a cocktail or frappe shaker, or even in a tight lid mason jar. add in the instant coffee in the shaker or jar. add just a few tbsp of boiling hot water and shake until the coffee has dissolve

prepare a tall serving glass and fill it up with ice cubes. pour in the simple syrup. pour in the shaked coffee. there is still some foam in the jar or shaker, add in a few more tbsp of boiling water, shake and pour into the serving glass

add in the evaporated milk just enuff to fill the glass. serve. voila! Greek Frappe!
ポイント

you can use any instant coffee you desire, but the traditional one is Nescafe.

you can add more sugar as desire. use the same ratio for water to make the syrup
