I was nervous to show my Kansai friend something like this,I know 押し寿司 is a traditional food in your area,and required high skill,I am hardly familiar.Somehow got an idea to make this,and went out to buy a mold for this.I hope I didn't mess up too much,especially paired with wasabi mayo....it's kind

Anyway,I am glad you approve,and it tastes really well for me too,but I kind of wonder how people look at these type of sushi (cake),may be a little amateur and too playful?
