Jullienne:) (mushroom gratin)

材料・調味料 (7 人分)
Onion
2pcs
Mushrooms
500g
Wheat flour
1tbs
Eggs
2pcs
Sour or Fresh cream
1cup
Breadcrumbs
1tbs
Grated Parmesan cheese or any other cheese well melting
100g
Sunflower oil
2tbs
Salt and peppers
To taste
作り方

Finely chop the onions and fry until it transparent. Low fire for 20min. Do not over fry(=no golden colour) in Julien.

Mushrooms clean and chop finely or shred with a large grater and fry with sunflower oil until tender. For 10-13min.

White sauce:
Pour a little oil in a pan and fry in it a tablespoon of flour. Beat 2 eggs and mix them with Fresh cream and add the fried flour. Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix ready mushrooms and onions, put in special molds for hot appetizers.

Mushrooms and onions pour this sauce.

Finely grated cheese mixed with breadcrumbs and sprinkle on it.

Place in preheated oven and bake until browned cheese crust.

Serve hot.
