Mushrooms clean and chop finely or shred with a large grater and fry with sunflower oil until tender. For 10-13min.

White sauce: Pour a little oil in a pan and fry in it a tablespoon of flour. Beat 2 eggs and mix them with Fresh cream and add the fried flour. Salt and pepper to taste.
