Japanese spring flavours done in an Italian way,the soup also has white negi,potato,and the liquid from the clams.

To: noborionapple 是繁複一點,時間的掌握也重要,在餐廳做會比較適合,因為有各種器材幫助,也多些人分配工作,可同時間把每個部份做好,又保持溫度。拍完照之後是比較涼了些,不然的話是很美味的一道菜。也謝謝resnap!

Now,Japan market is overflowing with bamboo shoots.but I never thought of like this dish.
Seems like Bamboo shoot are goes well with olive flavor.Really I think You have a wonderful sense!

To: yukaringg Thanks so much,this one's not exactly all my ideas,but I did change things around to suit myself.These bamboo shoots come from Shanghai,I found them selling at a reputable shop,so I gave them a try,I know it's not as fresh as the ones you get in Japan,so I made this into a soup,want t
To: yukaringg this soup to be light,so no cream,but add some potato for creaminess.it was lovely and goes well with the olive oil.That's right,I am resting for a week,probably catch up with my friends and watch some movies at home,Thank you for all the resnaps!
To: iyoko39 Thank you for your compliments!Yes,I made all these, use spring ingredients here,actually the soup is たけのこ,I want it light,so no cream,just add someじゃがいもfor creaminess,and some 焼きそら豆to eat with,and for the colour too!I enjoyed this very much too!

To: raycheal thanks so much,not the best quality of たけのこ,so I thought it would be a better idea to make a soup,it really did go well with other things.
Just minor repairing works this time,but hopefully a major renovation soon.Can't wait to get back in the kitchen!
